1. Returns Eligibility
You can return most items purchased from Nivavibe within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- The item is not a final sale or clearance item.
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
- Used or worn products
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send your product back to us.
